The family room was newly remodelled, had an electric kettle, climate control, and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Golf Santa Rose.- The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty quiet area.

The price was reasonable and the location; easy access from the motorway, it's close to Narbonne Plage where we were visiting friends and only a short distance from Carcassone where we spent a day. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and the food and service in the restaraunt was good.

We stayed in this hotel because we were going to visit the African reserve of Sigean. Actually, it was great, because it was a 10-minute drive away. We took the opportunity to visit the historical center of Narbonne, is also next door (about 5 minutes by car) and beach of Narbonne (about 20 minutes by car). We liked both things and African reserve as well. It is also worth mentioning that it is close to several restaurants and supermarkets.
The worst, no doubt, was the size of the room. The bed is just a few inches from the wall and on the side where I slept you could hardly get through. At night I had to get up and hit my foot with the whole chair. It's narrow, although we don't miss anything. It is well equipped. Perhaps I should point out that there is not even one television channel in Spanish. They were all in French. That's something that could be improved, but it's not relevant in our case either.

Very clean, small roadside hotel. Exactly what we expected from the chain. Nearby restaurant looked like a Denny's in America, but the food was way better.

Excellent staff, very helpful in finding us a room with an opening window after the one in the first allocated room refused to open. Restauranr staff were also very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
Overpriced. 80euros for just a room and such average ones is too much. This hotel is beginning to look tired and a little uncared for, time for refurbishment.

The location of the hotel, close to the highway, is excellent if one needs the hotel for one or two nights and must travel by car immediately after.
The room is rather small but for its price, it is perfectly ok !

Car parking was free and on site.
The room was fitted with an air conditioner which we switched on, only to find that only the heating side of it was working. The window did not provide enough ventilation and as the hotel is on a very busy and noisy industrial site, having the window open made the room even more noisy. On asking the staff what was the problem with the air conditioner we were told that none of them were available for cool air as yet, even though the temperature was nearly 30 degrees!!!! The air conditioning was however, working in the reception and eating area. Consequently we had two very hot and sleepless nights. The hotel was far noisier than we had thought and lorries went past for most of the night.
